Default Ron Francis wiring harness

Getting ready to start complete rewiring of my 78 project and looking for feedback if anyone has used either the Ron Francis Access 24/7 box and harness or the XP 771 which is designed for modified corvette and has additional ground system and aux power block included in it. I know there are other products out there and for less but I plan on using one or the other of these. Since they are installed differently, just trying to get good and or bad about them both before it pull the trigger.thanks.

I can't speak about either of your choices, but I used Ron Francis when I installed a TPI into my wife's 85 Jaguar. They are the best quality out there.

I have the Access 24/7 with iStart in my 77. You obviously need to be able to read a wiring diagram and understand electrical systems. It helps to have the old harness to reuse some of the connectors or you can replace with deutsch, metricpack, or something else if needed.

There were no big gotchas that I can recall along the way. It will take longer than a factory harness as you'd expect.

Thanks to you both. I decided on the Ron Francis because I have had some of their products before and the quality was great. The XP model had a few more items in it for the vette( like dual headlights and a ground kit for fiberglass cars), but it seemed like it would take up a lot more room with the wires going around it. I am about to go and buy the Access 24/7 as soon as I am done here. I have some mods in the car ( fans, TPI engine, power headlights etc. which meant the stock harness wouldn't work without a lot of work. BTW, I got a really nice TPI harness from TPI Parts at a good price. Only have to hook up 4 wires. I know this will be more of a challenge, but that is all part of this journey. And I have the old harnesses, which are really nasty looking. I think if more people could actually see what is going on in their cars, a lot more people would be switching out wires. Thanks again.
