Is there anything special or anything I should know to install a set of Gabrial Air shocks on the rear of my 1976 Corvette ?

They still make those? Other than knowing your ride quality will suffer, no, there is nothing special to know.

I have a 1976 C-3
i put a 383 Stoker with 500 HP in the car.
now that it is getting warmer 75 degrees and above, I am having vapor lock isdue with my fuel lines which are stell braid and just about a stock run up from the fuel mechanical fuel pump to with a glass gas inline filter to a Quick fuel 750 carb and putt gas line insulator condoms on the lines aft the fuel pump.
Run great on cooler !

What type of gas are you running ? I was having similar problems last year with new motor install . I found info that gas with Ethanol in it will boil at lower temps than non Ethanol fuels . I switched to non Ethanol fuel and problems went away .

So a mid course correction from air shocks to vapor lock.
What are the symptoms you are experiencing?
Are the float levels correctly set?
Are you running a return line?
Do you have any kind of spacer between the intake manifold and the carburetor?

Would you like your title changed to something that would make people know what the topic of the thread is? maybe you will get more input?

I would get rid of that glass inline filter and replace it with a good metal one. Remember if that glass breaks you have gas pouring unto a hot engine.
I would opt for a better shock, many here use Bilsteins but others will certainly chime in with good recommendations based on experience in their C3's.
MelWff's questions need to be addressed, what happens when you open your gas cap after a run? Have you tested with a vacuum gauge?
