PS- allegedly I should have a coolant bypass for my vortec headed crate motor.... I've been ignoring that since I have a couple of vent holes drilled in my thermostat and haven't had a problem.

some of my air tools have an air restrictor valve before the tool, it looks like a mini ball valve with a nice knurled **** to adjust it. I wonder if that would work?
