I took apart the rear view mirror to change out the bulb and lens. I can't for the life of me figure out how this goes back together... Can I get some help?

I figured it out. There's a little tab that you use to get this off, that slides under the gasket. Which is what I figured in the first place, but wasn't able to get it to do so. But I managed to get it back together, just needed more force.
