Default Header Advice

Hey guys I just purchased a set of 3/4 length patriot headers from summit racing for the vette. I'm going to send them to jet hot to get coated and wanted your guys advice if I should test for them prior to coating? All the reviews say they got perfect in a C3, and that they are made for the c3 so I was trying avoid taking off my headers now, test fit and then reinstall the old ones. What do you guys think?

I would definitely test fit them before having the coated. There may be places where they don't fit up perfect 'on your car'.

Test fit 1st. If you have to make any dings you should do it before coating.

I agree to test them, both sides.
I love Jet-Hot. Had mine coated years ago and they still look like they were coated yesterday except they have lost some of their shine. I also like the fact that after driving I can go under the hood and in 10 minutes don't have to worry about burning the **** out of myself if I brush up against the header while working around them. Great stuff.

test fit unless you want to knock dents into your pretty new pipes.
Jet-Hot was 1 of the first Ceramic coatings, they do a good job.
