I know this sequence seems weird but it works!!
I think the logic of this sequence is that any air in the line goes to the nearest exit. I don't see that it matters though that you do the rears first as both front and rear are independent.

Back in the day when I/you changed pads on the front, you might bleed the fronts, but didn't ever think about doing the backs; they're independent.
