speedometer driven gear

Default speedometer driven gear
I have a 1988 Corvette coupe that I just bought. The speedometer is registering 25 and I'm actually going approx. 35. My mechanic counted the teeth on the current gear at 42, so I need one with 39 teeth. However, the one that I bought has a stem and is for cable driven gear. I need the brown one that looks like a hat with no stem. Do you know where I can get one?
