trailing arm bolt installation
Getting ready to reinstall the trailing arms. The bolt kit that I bought comes with 4 washers per side: two large washers and two lock washers. The diagram in the AIM seems to show a regular washer on the inside, a regular washer on the outside, and a lock washer and castle nut on the outside. Do I need to add a washer or use the lock washer directly against the frame?

Hi T,
I'm still using the original hardware and fasteners on my 71.
You can see the bolt, 2 flat washers, a single lock washer, slotted nut, and cotter pin were used, as is shown in the AIM.
