just purchased a triangle a/cleaner from EBay. the chrome unit is from Racing Power Co #R7148 and was 38.00. Edelbrock has one that has a ribbed top #1222 for about 120.00 and I also found one form Billett Spec #15720 that has a ribbed topfor around 250.00. hope this helps

Thanks!--I Actually made it, so to speak...

It is a generic "tri flow" that I bought @ carlisle swap meet (I think Spectre makes one also):

this one is the same as the one I bought, but it was only like $25 at the swap meet brand new...

It came with a 3" paper element which was too tall for my stock hood, so I ordered a 2.5 inch replacement element from Edelbrock (I think it was 4226 replacement filter, if I recall correctly). It now fits fine under the stock hood on my '77 with a Holley 650 DP and edelbrock 2101 performer.

The I installed the emblem--it is actually a fuel cover emblem form a '76 that I found also at Corvette's at Carlisle. I measured and drilled the holes for the emblem posts, and secured the nuts with blue loctite (to insure they would not vibrate loose under the cover and into the carb!)

Still doing break-in miles. 300 miles, about a half pint (or less) emptied out the catch can.

Not mine, but thought I'd share. Came across this one at Bloomington back in 2011. Definitely a surprise when I saw what was stuffed under the hood! Maybe the owner is a forum member here??

It's great. Throttle response and part throttle performance are way better and hard starts on hot summer days are no more... also thinking gas milage is significantly improved, but have not really checked.
