Default 1971 corvette wiper door
Tried wipers for 1st time in 2 years. Door opens,wipers come on ,shut wipers off door closes. When you shut the engine off wiper door raises about 1 inch. Changed wiper arm vaccum relay, then the wiper door actuator still does it. What to check next?

You have a leak in the small vacuum control circuit somewhere. Did you get a new wiper arm safety valve? Did you test it before installation?

Yes got a new one worked 1st time then back to raising again about 1 inch. What are the two inline valves off of intake?

What are the two inline valves off of intake?
That would be the white filter and the grey check valve if still in factory configuration. That is not your problem however.

Did you test the new wiper arm safety valve??

If you purchased the $30 safety valve, they are noted for failure. Here is a link to the correct method of testing them.
