clutch peddle

Default clutch peddle

went to move the car the other day and the clutch peddle was stiff it went to the floor the heard a pop and the peddle came up but the clutch was still engaged

If it was a long time since you drove the car, the disc can stick to the flywheel & pressure plate.
Maybe when you pushed the pedal down to disengage the disc, the extra force broke your clutch rod or another part of the linkage.

Had same thing happen when I brought Camaro home-stopped for gas and would not release-had towed home only to find broken spring on Z bar

You might also check the pins at the z-bar connection and at the clutch fork connection.
