Need help with parasitic drain
Need some help on this. My battery dies overnight. Battery is new. Must be parasitic draw right? I charge the battery and the multimeter reads 12.91 volts. I disconnected the negative battery cable and switched the lead over to 10a to see how much amps is "leaking" for a very brief time (less than a second) it reads 4 amps and quickly goes down to 0. The clock in the car began ticking when I did the test. I would imagine the connection was good. I then switched back to test the battery voltage. It read 12.91V again. I dont think its the multimeter. Any advice helps!

Looks like BUBBA beat me to the timer switch behind the glove box. The amp was 0.78. I pulled the fuse it went to 0.01. Put the fuse back in and it went back up to 0.78. I think I found the problem!
