Default Dash Screws

Some of the screws for my lower dash pads have ferrules and some are missing the ferrule. Those screws missing the ferrule cannot be tightened properly as the screw tends to start pulling through the vinyl material. I have searched for years trying to find the correct screws with the ferrules with no luck and was hoping someone on this forum might know where these can be found or an alternative solution.
