1978 corvette turn signal switch/pivot
Im looking for a turn signal switch because my pivot is broken and the cruise control lever is broken. Every website for corvette parts seems to not have any of these in stock. anyone have any ideas on this?

I went thru this with my 1979. There at least two part numbers for dimmer pivots and the difference is in the angle of the pivot. The dimmer pivot which was on the very late 1979's thru 1982 are designed to work with the straight cruise control lever. The earlier pivots work with the bent lever which would have been original on the 1978-79 (except late 1979).
I found it was easier to locate the later pivot, which meant I had to purchase a straight cruise lever. I did not realize this at initially, and had the original bent lever installed and it projects at an almost unusable angle.
