I was looking through the forum and I noticed Mike69 has a moving video display of his vehicle burnning rubber  I like the tons and tons of white smoke from the tires. How does one do that do you put the car in gear, one foot on the brake and one on the gas pedal? Can someone, any one, including Mike69 tell me how that is done?
Certainly a big block ought to do the trick, but what about nitrous and a little massage to the small block, like pistons, cam, heads, intake, the list goes on. Or what about a trans brake and one of them powerglides? Often thought about some sort of dispenser that I could work from inside the car for the bleach, sure would be a lot of fun around town.  Would be especially fun if you were in front of a bunch of those really loud Harley guys! :jester  :D
Actually, most really smokey burnouts like that are chemically aided--i.e., chlorine bleach.

Like this?????
I knew a guy with a 67 Chevy II that put a windshield washer bottle in his trunk. Drilled holes in the fender wells and put the sprayers to squirt on the tires. Fill it up with a mix of Clorox and water. Instant white smokey burnouts!!!! :D :D  :chevy :chevy
Mike69's was down at the Cruise-In this year (video compliments of yours truely). It was the burnout contest at Beech Bend.
They at least had water. Not sure if there was bleach added or not. I believe that Mike had to BRAKE TORQUE that thing to get it to smoke since his line-lock wasn't fully installed yet.
If you want to do it often:
1) Get a line lock
2) Buy CHEAP tires :D
4-speed mated to nicely-built small block with a Centerforce dual-friction clutch. I can smoke em at will, but usually only do short burnouts due to my expensive tires (BFG KDW).

if I'm driving stick, i normally back up a hair then dump the clutch in first. and jump on the brake. that usually prevents wheel hop since the only thing stick i drive is a pickup truck... my auto all i have to do is punch it and it goes right up in smoke
