To some degree it depends on the parts you're ordering as to what a good source might be.
For instance… mechanical parts?, chassis parts?, exterior parts?, or interior parts.
Many people use:

Paragon Corvette Reproductions
Willcox
Depending on the parts you are replacing you may be better served spending the money on a blast cabinet and rebuild kits. Vette parts aren't cheap not matter where you go and comparing prices across multiple suppliers will save you $ in the long run. Make sure you are comparing like part numbers, you will always find dirt cheap stuff from China on ebay but most times it is cheaply made junk so watch out.
I am doing a resto on my 73 and I have used Corvette America, Ecklers, Summit Racing, Wilcox, FullThrottle, Corvette Central. Also you can get good pricing on Edlebrock thru O'Reilly Auto Parts. I have also used EBay, but very carefully. Corvette America has a program called 'TopFlight' if you are going to purchase a lot of parts that will give you significant savings. But always compare pricing because it is all over the map.
I would scour craigslist daily for used parts that are restorable. In general, factory original parts will fit and function better than reproduction. If you must buy repro, then take the advice the others have offered here.
