I have a 79 L48 that looks very good and have enjoyed owning it.
I see, all the time, on Craigslist complete exaust systems for sell relatively cheap. They all seem to come from C4 thru C6's. Will any of them work, without tons of mods, on my 79?

I just put this Hooker header back system on...Mandrel bent, 2.25 true dual. Fit was fantastic, although I did have to drop the corss member to get the pipes through it (I already had the headers installed, otherwise, it might have slid through without dropping the cross member).
i will eventually weld up the pipes, but his is a true bolt-on....Comes with most hangers as needed, but I did have ot get a couple of universal hangers to complete the installation (muffler hangers), as mine wa spreviously modified and did not have the original hangers for the mufflers.
Add mufflers of your choice!
