Help With Internal Springs Power Steering Valve and Cylinder
On 1971 model w/ factory PS...
The Control Valve has an almost flat-ish, slightly conical spring that goes up next to the sliding ball seat assembly...
The PS Cylinder also has a seemingly identical flat-ish spring pushing against the ball stud where the grease packs in...
I've got a hunch I may have mixed them up and have already assembled the control valve so can't readily compare them at the moment.
QUESTION: Can someone tell me if these springs are identical or different? And if different how can I tell which is which?
Thanks!

Well sort of.. the power steering cylinder has a spring in it, but I have not taken one apart in so long I don't remember what it looks like See item 4 below.
