That black/red paint scheme (road racer esque) is sick as hell... gonna look freakin awesome. Gotta keep the flip up head lights though. I always liked the Motion paint scheme as well.

I can’t wait to see what you come up with.

I really like the way he did the cooler....trick!

I think you could get by without rear bumpers...doesn't look bad. Some big rectangular pipe tips might break up that big area some. It's cool when the pipes come up under center of rear and are symmetrical right/left as they head to mufflers.

Or raise the license plate area upwards a little and have pipes come out as one big rectangle about half in the body line and half out of it in the center?

I like the flip style fuel caps also on cars like this. A buddy did one with the flip up style recessed in the left quarter sail panel...looked pretty cool. Ot just a regular one in the center of deck.

Thanks Alan, yea going to keep the headlights. Just going to put the electric motors on them.

David, thanks. Can’t wait to get more of your parts on the car!

Jim, yea great idea on the fuel filler. Hadn’t thought about that but I like them too. Here are a couple of pics of the exhaust the way it was built. Ignore the fuel pump hanging there lol. Leaf springs will now be gone as well as external fuel pump and sump I had on the tank. So should look very clean back there when I am done. Just still unsure of the look without bumpers.

Obviously it is your car so do what you want to do. Personally, half the reason I chose the year that I did was for the chrome bumpers. I would definitely put them on there if it were my car.

Well just going to need to think about it. Wonder how nice the chrome looks on the fiberglass bumpers. Can’t say I have seen any but I have heard of the different processes Jim mentioned.
