Default 1971 Corvette LS5 intake bolts

Would like to replace intake manifold bolts with stock bolts. If replacing 1 at a time, any issues ?

Hi Ted,
Be conscientious about getting the bolts and threaded holes very clean and also make a decision about what sealer you'll use.
Lot's of opinions!

Be careful of the 4 bolts that are at the top of and between the intake runners. It's very easy to crack an intake in that area on a BBC.

Some intakes and some aftermarket heads don't even bother with those holes. Makes me think they don't need much torque...

Correct- I have aftermarket heads and intake, but the upper holes are there. The bolts in mine are a just over hand tight.
