Windshield Wiper Tach Solenoid

I am reconnecting my dash after a tear-down and I have this solenoid and one remaining vacuum line leading to the vacuum override. Does the wiper override vacuum line attach to the larger port (at the base) or smaller of the two ports (sticking down on the photo) on this? Is the other port just left open?

Here you go. Metal port goes to "T" connector. The 90 degree port connects to the port closest to the pull **** on the override. The straight port is open to atmosphere as a vent.
