My heater in my 77 is not blowing air, not sure if the blower motor is bad yet, is there a relay for that blower motor that might be bad? If so does anyone know it’s location ?
Yep, check the fuse first, then the motor, as Peterbuilt mentioned. If running 12 volts to the motor doesn't make it spin, then verify that the blower motor case is grounded (run a wire from one of the mounting screws to a ground location). If connecting power to the motor makes it spin, then your problem could be in the switch or the heater resistor (although I think the motor would still spin on 'hi' if the resistor was bad?).
If you have a voltmeter or a test light, you can also use that to verify if you have voltage getting to the motor or not.

BTW - no, there isn't a relay, but there is the resistor (to control the speeds). The resistor on a 79 is under the hood, on top of the air conditioning box - 77 might be in the same location.
