Has anyone fitted LT-5 engine in C3?
I found in my vicinity an LT-5 engine from ZR1 from 1992. It has 45000 miles on it and is flawless.
Has anyone fitted one of these in any of the C3 corvettes?
My friend 1980 L82 engine is gone and we are searching for a nice engine and for that kind of money we can't import anything from the US or buy something in Europe that has that kind of specs.

It fits. There is a lot of wiring, plumbing,adapting involved. Is whole car available to you for harness, trans, etc?

Its a conversion that can really nickel and dime him if hes ready for that

I'm looking at a C4 ZR1 for my next corvette but I'm afraid a little because of the parts but I guess that is the thing with low production cars.
