I'm trying to find if there is a circuit on the fuse block on my 68 convert that is hot only when the ignition key is in the accessory position. I have two wiring diagrams and have poked around with my test light and can't find a fuse that is hot only when the key is in accy. I want to connect my radio ( currently connected to the normal wire on the wiring harness) so it will run without powering everything else- especially my electric fuel pump- like in the "run" position. My neck is permanently damaged from crawling under the dash.
I'm not sure if your wiring is the same as my 74 but if it is the radio and wipers are connected to the ACC position which is powered when the ign is in the ACC position. When the key is in the run position it also supplies power to the ACC circuit. So the radio and wipers should be the only 2 loads that should be powered when the key is in the ACC position.

Why do you want the radio to only operate in the "ACC" key position and not in the "RUN" position? I've never heard of such a thing... Why don't you just make sure your fuel pump is hooked up to a relay operating off the "IGN" (i.e. "RUN") position so the pump doesn't run in the "ACC" position, and then attach the radio to the "ACC" position so you have the radio working in both ACC and RUN..? That way the radio will work in ACC without the pump running. If the pump is running when you're in the ACC position, your pump is hooked up wrong. You should also be running your pump power through an oil pressure switch for safety reasons, preventing the pump from running when the engine is not running.
