Default Head Set for Vortecs?

Well, my winter project is running late...the engine is out for heads, cam, lifters, intake, rear main seal, and general cleanup. The rear main and pan are done, and I'm ready to install my reman Vortec heads. I was about to order the stock L48 head set, and I realized they probably need different gaskets. What do I need, as set for a 2000 pickup w/350?

Default

The standard 350 gasket will work just fine.....Fel-Pro 1003 or 7733PT-2........I do like to perform the Fel-Pro exhaust water hole trick to the block.......this keeps the area between the exhaust ports flush with water to keep it cool......I swear by it! You can do it by drilling with the block upside down on a stand so the chips do not get in the jacket.
