82 turn signal Lever ???
So i have an 82 vette that is fairly new to me. I have been working on it for a few months now. The previous owner apparently didn't like the turn signal lever and he destroyed the cruise control parts and busted the lever all up. it has black tape wrapped around it.
I have been looking all over and i can't find a place that sells the turn signal lever with cruise for an 82 corvette. I know the 82 is a bit of an oddball but does anyone know if the lever from an 84 would work? or even an older c3 . I could really use some help on this.

Try doing a search of this forum as the topic comes up a couple of times per. I don't recall the specifics as I have not yet been affected, but you should find it of applicable interest.

Post a photo of your cruise switch portion of the turn signal lever if you still have it. I can not remember all of what I have seen so refresh my memory.
I do know that the cruise systems are some what the same...and C4 can possibly work even though it may not be exactly the correct one....it could function the same.
