Default 1980 Corvette 4 Speed
Need some help please. Just had my 350 bored to 383 and stroked. Installed a new clutch. Now the clutch pedal is 3-4 inches further out than it was. It was in line with the brake pedal. Any ideas what caused this and what to do about it? Thanks.

did you lose the clutch pedal bumper?

Is there a bumper on the front of the pedal that keeps it from sticking out further?

changing a clutch doesnt cause the at rest height of a clutch pedal to go up. As stated the bumper stop has gone somewhere.
