Wipers will not work.
Wiper motor isn't starting when I turn it on, I have tested the wiper switch for continuity and it's good, what else could it be? I think the wire that connects the switch to the motor might be bad, how can I test this?

Go to this link, it's got all the wiper info there. Also, if the dash bezel center is broken at the thin area, you'll need to run a jumper ground wire from the wiper switch to one of the smaller screws that holds the gauges in place. The wiper switch must be grounded for the system to work and it picks up the ground from the dash bezel center through the temperature gauge ground. If your upper plate/bezel is broken you'll have grounding issues..
