Welcome!
If you're just removing the bumper and not any of the brackets it's only 4 bolts.... so maybe 20 minutes.
If the bolts are rusted in place it could take considerably longer.

A single bolt in each corner that threads into the bumper.
Two bolts in the center that thread into the bumper.
