I ran a 383 with AFR 195 heads and a cam with that approximate duration and lift - As I recall, that engine seemed to like about 16 or 17 degrees initial, and had it all in about 34 or 35 degrees at 3000 or 3200RPM.
You may want to start with something a little conservative and adjust a couple degrees at a time till you find what your engine likes. Every one is a little different.
Edit - I also ran manifold vacuum for timing advance (don't recall the spec on the can) but with initial and vacuum pulling in timing at idle, had about 30-ish degrees of advance at idle - it worked really well.
