Default Thank you Lars!

Just wanted to give a shout out and thank you to Lars for the work on my carb, he is the man! I sent him my Qjet and within 2 weeks he had it back to me, looking as good as new, and performing better than I could have expected. My 76 has never ran so smooth, he did plenty of work on it, and I found that not only were my jets running way too lean, but one was completely clogged. Removing the carb, i had to cut the hard fuel line from the pump, because the PO had rounded the nut, Lars even removed that for me! Of course, I thought it would be a simple matter of replacing the line, so i ordered a new one, and surprise, surprise, I found that the nut on the fuel pump was also rounded, and completely seized into the fuel pump. I opted to just replace the pump altogether. After more cutting, heating, prying, cursing, and a breaker bar, it was free, however the 90* brass fitting that fit the pump to the line was a pain to remove, and once i did, decided to crush as I reinstalled it, after running around town to 4 different parts stores, I had the replacement. The re-installation went as well as expected, and now the carb is on, the car runs smoother, with better response, and is so much more quieter, I can even hear my thoughts at stop (they're telling me next weekend put the sidepipes on...). Lars, thanks for you awesome work!

4 out of the 5 voiced n my head tell me to go drive my vette every chance I get, The fifth voice speaks spanish and I have no Idea whats he's saying.

Lars did a Quadrajet for me and I am super excited to put it on. My car came to me with an edelbrock and I have spent the lst couple of summers getting that dialed in. Now I have a AF meter on the left bank so I can see how my tune is. Now that I have that dialed in I am going to throw on the new intake and qjet to see the difference. I am expecting it to be a much better carb. I cant wait. I just need to buy a drop base air cleaner that fits aQuadrajet
