cool, thats an employee at my company (don't know her personally) but have drooled over that one for awhile. VERY sweet car. She's selling it because she's moving into a 50th anniv. model. Something tells me the reserve ain't gonna be met though!

I liked the part where they said that "we think it is a ZR1". It is not all that hard to tell, first hint is if the engine stamp ends in a CKZ, and there are other stampings on the frame that GM told me to ID for them on mine. GM told me that the VIN #'s were sometimes consistent with the options in the early 70's due to a qualtiy control problem, but if this is a real one then that is the third one I have found out of 20 made in 72 (16 coupes, 4 verts.)
Oops meant inconsistent, the guy I talked to said that sometimes they put the wrong VIN tag on a car, ie one designated to be an L48 on a bb, so he told me that even though my VIN matched an LT-1 I still had to check out the engine # and the tranny to make sure it was truly a ZR-1.
