Lost keyless fob
Hello Fellow Vetteheads,
I bought a 2001 convertible last fall and already lost my darn fob
(very frustrating),can any one share what I need to do to get another one with another key please. Thank You.

Go to the dealer...they have the specific information at their disposal to get you what you need. Or at least they still should have the information on how to cut and new key and the value of the 'chip' in your key to make the car crank and run.
I have one guy at the GM dealership I go to that has the authorization from GM to get into restricted information when I need to do what you are doing.
