Default Rear Plenum Drain

Has any one replaced the hose on the rear plenum drain on a 74 ? What size hose is it and how do you get to the rivets? If that part is not available, what did you use?

I drilled the rivets. Hose I ordered from paragon. I'm sure other vendors have them too. You may need help holding things in place when you re rivet everything

The hoses have a flange on the one end that goes behind those shields, it's not just a straight hose.
As said, available from the regular vendors
