Where do I get these?
The tabs that are attached to the door panel and are then attached by a screw to the door itself. There are two, one at the front of the door and one at the rear. Is this a dealer item or can I get it from Paddock or Zip?

You might try these from Rik's. I believe it is what you are looking for.
Part Number DOR217 - 68-77 Door Panel Clip- Holds panel to Door - 2 required per panel $3.50/ each. Page 8 of the 2002 catalog.
Also Panel clip screws- DOR235 (4) $1.50/ set
