Default clutch pedal adjustment

Hi, I have a 73 and I would like to have my clutch pedal grab a little lower to the floor, which way to I adjust for that, bring the 2 nuts closer to the front of the car or towards the back, thank you

It is simple...turn the nuts more towards the front of the car ...thus you will feel more free pedal travel. Just be careful in doing this and hopefully you make sure that clutch is fully engaging.
