Water Pump Replacement Procedure
Hi All,
Is there a detailed procedure (step by step with pictures) to replace the water pump on a 69 corvette big block?
I understand that is is a fairly simple procedure, however I am unsure about how to check and adjust the belt tension afterward.

Pretty straight-forward....
Check the belt tension BEFORE you take the belts off. Press down on each belt at the center of it's longest run between pulleys. Push with estimated 15-20 pounds of force and eyeball the amount of deflection in the belt. When you go back together, apply tension to belt to achieve about what you got before you removed them.
