Clutch Reccomendations
Hi, I am currently living in Australia and looking to purchase some parts in the US.
I am looking to purchase a clutch kit as they are quite cheap in the US compared to Australia and considering I am going to be paying a small fortune in shipping I am planning on stocking up on parts.
What is everyone's reccomendations as a direct replacement for 69 427 390 HP corvette?
The car isn't going to be launched hard, I am looking for a like for like OEM replacement.
Thanks,
NJ

LUK is popular and cheap. No need for anything special

Stick with a diaphragm type clutch if you want a stock "feel". The three finger ones are very stiff. You should have an 11" clutch on a 427. Check with those who know for sure whether your Muncie trans is a 10 spline or a 26 spline input shaft. If it is still original I believe it should be a 10 spline. I found this online at Summit. I will probably buy a similar one for my 454
