does anyone know if there is an aftermarket blower (fan) that puts out more air than the stock one?
doesn't blow that hard on high speed and max ac.

The stock blower motor (when new) had no problem pushing lots of air through the HVAC system. In addition to the motor having problems, your air plenum could be blocked by debris or the air entry door might not be functioning correctly. Identify a clear cause before you buy/swap parts.
