Default Leather dye

I tried dying the lower portion of the leather seat on my c3 Vette.
Bought the aresol dye from Wilcox. It is labeled as a Corvette America product.
I applied it as per label
The coverage was good and even but there is no sheen or gloss to it at all. Much more like a flat finish which doesn’t match any of the other interior pieces.
Any ideas what to do or another manufatures product that will give a much more factory apperance

SEM products are excellent vinyl and leather coatings. I would recommend a "SEM" search of this forum. There are several good treads. For example: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ssic-coat.html
SEM does make clear coatings as well. http://www.tcpglobal.com/SEM-13013_5.html#.W1ME-vZFx9A A phone call to their tech folks could be helpful.

Corvette America offers a clear topcoat that will both protect your work AND give it a satin sheen
