I do need your help!

Does anybody know the correct valve stem diameter for a L46 camel hump head?

unless the heads were rebuilt and they used oversized valve stems because of worn guides

Thanks a lot for your fast reply! The valve guides weren't rebuilt the original valves are still in use.
