Power Steering Auto-Steer?
I'm working on getting the power steering sorted out on my 1977. I finally got the alternator and PS pump brackets sorted out and put some fluid in it for the first time. All of the hoses are leaking but there was some steering assist there; however, at times the wheel would just start turning all by itself and if I let it go it would go to full lock. Is this just a bleeding issue or is something wrong? I think the control valve itself is leaking too, is that something that I can rebuild or does it need to be replaced?

You can rebuild the steering valve which is causing the auto steer. It is adjustable to center it after rebuild. They are touch to rebuild as it took me 3 times to put together right. Cheaper but if you don't feel comfortable just buy a rebuilt . Good video on Willcox site.
