Default trailing link bolt replacement, How much Disassembly

I have a frozen trailing link bolt and undertand how to cut it out from past topics. My question is, do you have to fully diassemble the suspension to work on this or will the arm move into a position where you can get at and replace the bushings and put it back?

If you are going to replace the T-Arm bushing youre going to have to remove the arm from the car. This means disconnecting the brake line, half shaft, spring and strut rod from the T-Arm. The most difficult part of this job is going to get the front bolt out.

The bushing needs to be compressed in order to properly flare the center tube over the bevelled retaining washer. The tool that is normally required for this procedure requires either a shop press or some heavy hammer blows while the bushing is compressed via the special tool... doubt you will flare the tube sufficientlly if you are holding the arm in your lap. But you might could maybe sometimes do it. :)

I tend to agree with stewart.... probly better to remove the arm.
