Budget 350/350hp
Coming tommorrow. Just ordered from precision engine rebuilders in Houston Tx. Since I'm just south of houston they will deliver free. 350 four bolt main. Stock crank, speed pro pistons, cam and lifters. Iron heads ported with 2.02 stainless valves. Double roller timing chain. 9.2 to 1 compression. Oil pan, timing chain cover, valve covers included. 12 month unlimited mile warranty for parts and labor. Total $1367.14. Should install in november. Edelbrock performer intake, holley carb probably 650cfm, 2000 rpm stall and shift kit. If that does not do it for me, will install a 150hp shot of nos. Updates coming. :cheers:

That's a good price, do they have a core charge? For that price I can buy a second motor for an up coming project!

He said have a check for $1367.14 on delivery. I asked him if that was everything and he said abslutely. I'm figuring this is a great price to get in at and maybe go with some roller rockers later. This price is pressed in studs 3/8". For 100 dollars more he will add in screw in studs and guide plates, but says at this level of hp really does not need. :cheers:

Speed pro hydraulic dual pattern. Duration 229 and 220, lift 465 and 488
Could go bigger but he said this should keep my idle decent and vacuum also. :cheers:
