Default 315 35 17 pics

hey guys

does anyone have pics of their c3 setup with 315 35 17? I have only seen 69autoxr & curbys setups and they look awesome with zero fender gap, but im not sure if this is how the car naturally sits or if they have been lowered at all.

I attached a couple pics of my car with the current 265 50 15 which are the same overall height as the 315 35 17 but it looks like my car has a lot more fender gap than 69s and curbys car.

any pics would help before I order tires, thanks!

Check out the pic of Hib Halverson's BBFH car from the Corvette Fever magazine days at the top of this page:
https://www.corvetteactioncenter.com...bfh/index.html

If you do an image search for his car you can probably find more. He had 17x11 wheels on the rear and 315/35/17 Goodyear Eagle F1 tires the last time I saw it.

I will look around I had 285 and then 315s for 10 plus years with out flares with 11 inch wide wheels. They stuck out a little bit, but who cares

I'm not sure what the stock ride height to the center of the wheel wells lip to the ground is those pictures are back when I used the vb&p street and slalom kit. Lightweight front end with one inch shorter front 550 pound front springs and 500 pound rear so rear end height is bolt length adjustable. At the time the only thing to adjust front end height is the front tire diameter or space the front springs

the front is down for forward rake for higher speed stability. As power went up I continued to increase rear traction

The front tires are either 255 45 17 on 9 inch wheels or 275 40s on 10 inch. I also used 295 35 when I changed to qa1s coil over front end
