Many choices since it's a basic 350ci based motor -- maybe 1-3/4" primaries for the cubes in a 383. I installed Doug's Headers on my most recent small block build and they are great quality and fit. I am running D350's. I think you would want a D334. They're expensive... If you don't want coated headers, they offer raw steel for a couple hundred less.

I have a GM 383 crate with aluminum Vortec heads. Was advised to go with either McJack's or Hedman as they would work best with the size and shape of the ports. Since I had a set of Hedman's already I tried them out and all is fine.
