Windshield wiper doesn't work
I've had my 74' vette for many years but have been overseas so my dad has been keeping the engine blood flowing. I'm back in Va now so starting to work on the car. I have read through some of the other threads but didn't really find what I'm looking for and understand I should do 1 project at a time. So I'm starting with the windshield wipers. The engine runs good besides that I need new belts, brakes are good and lights work but are a little dim (next project).
The location of the switch in the dashboard has been disconnected for some time. I believe the switch is ok but should probably test it first. Also, how is the best way to test the wiper motors? Any information will be helpful.

The wiper motor and the switch must both be grounded.
