Anyone Running Cvf Racing bracket kit

I Ordered This Kit I hope it will fit my 71 350 the thing that worries me is the front clearance on the crank pulley. and the side clearance on the pulley tensioner on the passenger side hitting the top of the control arm. I did some measuring and it looks like it will work. cvf racing said they have had some kits sent back from customers stating they wont work. and some customers who said it worked for them. reason them sending it back was front clearance. not side clearance. I got good front clearance from my measurements. hope the tensioner clears top control arm. cvf racing said I can send back if its don't fit.

I would like to see an answer on this also.
I talked to a cvf tech and got no real answer. He said that they did not have every car type or engine configuration to check for clearance. Therefor he had to say that it would not work. He did say that it used the short Corvette water pump but with the build out it was equal to the long water pump. They sell the vintage air setup that will fit but is $500.00 more.

Thank you sir.
The only clearance problem that I can find from research is the lower pullet on the front crossmember.
I have an 1969, 383 that I want to install on.

I Got The CVF Racing WRAPTOR All Inclusive Pulley Kit on today It Fits My 71 small block 383 Just Fine. Plenty of Room for the front crank pulley. only thing I had to do was add a 1/8" spacer on the water pump pulley to bring it out for proper alignment. all other pulleys lined up perfect. I think the water water pump hub was off a little bit. not sure if I could have pulled the hub forward with a puller or not ? I think the hub is pressed on the pump ? anyway it all went on smooth. and I am happy with the quality its a nice kit.

Thank you very much for the update and pictures.
A couple of questions,
Did you get the power steering pump with or without reservoir?
What fan will you be using, mechanical or electric?
Did you get it with or without the ceramic clear coat finish?
Thanks again as this eases my mind quite a bit.

Power steering pump has no reservoir on pump. kit comes with a reservoir. ceramic coating yes I got it. im running a Dewitts Radiator with there Dual Electric Fan kit on it. you can run a regular fan with this kit but the stock fan shroud would have to be modified I think. I am also doing a Borgeson power steering box conversion at the same time and it went pretty easy. I will post more pictures when its complete.

I got a little more done today. I got to wire the fans and install the new steering column. I have test fitted the column a few times and have it all sorted out. and that's it.

Did you have to install the spacer because of an alignment issue with the Wraptor kit (brackets) or is it an issue with the Water pump being out of spec? It looks great and I'm considering the same set-up. Thanks for the pics.

I have a question about the 1/8" spacer:

Hi jp
Glad to see you got your power steering working
Do you think there would be enough room for the reservoir mounted power steering pump? It looks a little close in the pictures.
Thanks
