My dad was going to put EFI into the Corvette I inherited, but never got around to it before he passed. He replaced the motor and transmission in 2015 and put a Holley carburetor on in, but it is not a good match for the motor (350). It runs very rich. It was just a carb that was laying around and meant to be a stop gap. After doing some research, I am going with the Holley Sniper. I found a shop that will do the install. I just don't have the gear needed to run lines, pull the tank, etc.
Anyway, what are the opinions out there on the Holley Returnless option? It looks like the return happens at the tank instead of the engine compartment. I am also wondering about the Hyperspark distributor. Thanks for any opinions and experiences.

This is my almost return-less system. It spills back about a foot away from the tank at the filter /regulator and the regulator at unit gets capped off!
Is that the tank from Holley (or Tanks)? If so, does this tank move the sending unit to the top of the tank? I have never pulled my tank, and some of the videos I have seen show the sending unit on the bottom.
Keep us posted, still have a carb myself but of all the EFI setups out there the Sniper sure looks appealing (to electrical dummies like myself).
Cant bring myself to "modernize" the feel, bet it pays off when youre out and about....maybe that 20 mi run turns into 100 as youre more confident in the car and 100 deg temps dont have the effect on running that it did wiht a carb

Will know more soon. I want to use the Holley returnless system, but I don't seem to be able to find anyone that has used it on a C3 Corvette. I may hit the Holley forums and see if there is any info there.
The pic above looks good. Looks like what is typically done for LS swaps. Fuel filter regulator is from a C5 Corvette. Regulates at 58 psi. I typically don't run hard lines. I use -6 steel braided for the return and up to the fuel rail on the engine. If you do decide to run hard line I would suggest using Ni-Cad brake line. You can buy it in different lengths and if flares like butter.

Its from Tanks Inc. Same one holley sells for them. You do have to purchase a new sending unit that goes to the top of tank!
What year vette? -There are plenty of tank options for the earlier C3s, but for the late C3s the options are limited...

I have a '72. Right now I am leaning toward a new tank with the returnless unit. I am still in the fact finding stage, and I have not nailed down where I am going to do it. I could do this myself if I had better access to the underside. I am considering a Quickjack or the like as the install price is kind of high.
