Quick battery question

I know the red top has more CCA than the yellow. I also took into consideration that I will be adding a modern stereo, speakers, amp and sub. I may also add an alarm system. Also this car will only be used during the summer months so I assume that the trade off with having lower CCA shouldn't be an issue. The car also has a new hi torque mini starter and new alternator along with msd 6al ignition system.

Ok, its your car, your money. When I think of a "Deep Cycle" battery, it reminds me of the one I had in a boat. It ran my trolling motor (almost) all day long of fishing, then I recharged the battery at home. I never considered a deep cycle for a Vette.

I put a deep cycle agm battery in my 06 Nissan titan a couple years ago and its been working well. That vehicle also has an aftermarket audio system. I've never had an issue getting it to start even in sub zero temps. I think the yellow top is more than enough to run the vette and the $50 off also cushioned the blow lol.
